(and prior to that its sister concern FOAR Engineering Sytems (Pvt.) Ltd.) has had a long history of providing construction chemicals and construction plants to customers both from the public and private sectors within Pakistan since 1990. FOAR’s chemical division manufactures runway sealcoats, hot applied sealants, cold applied crack fillers, and mastic materials for airfields.  Furthermore, FOAR has dedicated laboratories within its factory to ensure all construction chemical products manufactured by us comply with their relevant product standards. We also have the necessary application equipment where we can provide sealcoats, hot applied sealants, and mastic materials on a supply and apply basis whether the job is large or small.  Turnkey solutions such as this further ensure that our products will perform and meet customer expectations. We can also provide hot mix asphalt processing services and concrete processing services to our customers. FOAR has asphalt plants and concrete batching plants that are available on a rental basis.  Our construction plants come with the necessary operational and maintenance staff so our customer can focus on the rest of their project.
